May work may not work, it's not exactly a sleeping pill, its an antidepressant. Plus 4 tabs seems super heavy dose, if her body reacts out of proportion, she might die as well. I've never gone beyond 2 tabs of alprax,or 3 tabs of levosettrizine montelucast. Never tried trytomer.
